So who was Mr. Koffman? I must have slept through that part of the lecture - tell all! (and for that matter: H.C.Steiner / Jewelers ...?) Hi Lee, Harry Koffman was a sign painter here in Ottawa. Born in 1915, he started working for free to get experience and wound up as the sign painter at Freiman'...
