Hey just wanted to give a big shout-out to the guys at Letter Head Fonts, I was very impressed with the quality, alot of times you really cant see how well a font is crafted until it is router cut or laser cut and there where no flaws to be found... thanks guys! Thanks Larry, yah I had tried out that site before posting here and I am guess it was hand drawn, I ended up just recreating it in Illustrator but it would have been fun to have had the whole alphabet.

Its certainly been awhile since I have done any etching but in my experience you are cleaning the glass (usually with rubbing alcohol) to ensure proper adhesion of your sand blast mask, photo resist etc. Hopefully Roderick will jump in here as he is the glass expert around here but there's my two ce...

The face is a formed face so I cant turn it inside out as normally could be done with a flat sheet but I definitely appreciate your guys insight into this.
