If you can space the glass piece off of the background by a couple inches, it should be a bit more visible. The darker the background the better.

Whenever there is fine detail to be chipped, I like to use the "asphaltum method", flowing the glue onto the sandblasted areas via a squeeze bottle. On larger designs, I'll use the "double cut" method. (I think the term "double cut" came from the idea that the mask had ...

Clear, 1/8" thick glass. I think I'll sandblast the underside to frost it.
