A friend of mine is trying to paint markings on the interior of a swimminig pool and needs some advice. The story is that it's underwater and subject to all the chemicals etc etc. What paints to use and further....will vinyl hold up?

I've had success using 2 part epoxy. If you call the pool makers they can tell you what they use.
If you call the industrial paint company they can recommend something also. I would not use 1 Shot.
