Thanks, Danny.

I love the creative signs they're producing and the music that goes with the video. The niche they've found is likely another fallout from the scarcity of unique, well made, hand lettered, hand crafted ANYTHING. He refers to what they do as "fictional nostalgia". Looks like they do a superb job of it.

I sometimes drive by a housing development called "Reunion". The billboards display their logo as a profile similar to a state highway sign - digitally aged and bullet hole ridden with the alluring tagline, "A New Hometown for the Age Old Pursuit of Happiness". The community center has the look of a huge red barn. It's a manufactured throwback to days gone by - fictional nostalgia.

In my humble estimation, the housing development falls short. It's a bit too contrived. But they've hit on something people are longing for. Sideshow Signs seems to be nailing it. Kudos to them.

"Fictional Nostalgia"...another thing I'm good at, but pays nothing.

I'll get out!

Nice fine Danny, great to see someone finding thier happy place...And I too believe people are looking for that handcrafted appeal, and whether they know it or not, it's the good layouts and executed signs that stand out in the digital world of today...We certainly have found that here, and it's working for us...Pat
