White Acid.

Post by Billie DeBekker » Thu Jan 09, 2014 3:10 am

I sent this message to Dave, But I know he's real busy so I thought I might ask here.

I would like to start practicing Toning Glass with white acid. But I am a little confused as to the mixture of the Acid. Do I just Mix AMMONIUM BIFLUORIDE with my Hydrofluoric Acid to create the White Acid and adjust the HF and water to make varying strengths.

or is there a different formula for Toning/Etching.. I have tried the cream but not happy with the results that at all.

Thank You in advance.
Billie
