I don't know what your time is worth, but $29 sounds like a heck of a bargain if the image is what you need and you don't have to digitize it yourself. Seems like your client could absorb $29 versus having to pay you a couple hundred dollars to design and digitize a similar image? Even if you have to buy two at $29, you are ahead and you end up with two images for the future.

Just saying...

Settle down Mr Jackson. You are right though. When I do Vectore art searches I do end up buying quite a bit of thing from Shutterstock for one. I pay anywhere from free to 50.00 . If you find one that works I say buy it. It's worth the time. My investment in the two CD/books that I bought years ago from Mike have really paid off. I wish I could find more like that.

Good luck !

Vance, have you looked here for border combinations?:

BTW, how do you envision a nautical border?

Hi Van,
One thing I've learned with dealing with so many people is if they send you art work that complicated and it's vectored ready to use then buy it. That's a good price for that art.

Yep, it always helps to know what the "issue" is in a question. I assumed it was the cost. His question might have been better if he had asked if there were other good sources he might find similar or better art.

I always love it when a client demands a specific font or graphic because I know I can add it into the cost. I get to keep it for my own use after the job is done.

Carry on!
