tempera paint

Post by Robert Schwieger »

Looking for source for professional grade tempera paint such as older Grumbacher tempera which was opaque and flowed nicely. Not an acrylic nor oil base such as Dofinite.
Thank you.

Try contacting these guys. They sell products used in the movie industry including all kinds of specialty paints and finishes.

I used to do a lot of sho-card work and used Richart colours. Of course with demise of this sort of work I haven't tried to buy it in many years. Small jars of gouache used to be available in artshops which is excellent quality.

The Richart company is nothing like the company we bought from 20 years ago.
