Color Mixing tip by Rick Sacks

Rick Sacks:
Years back, Len who once owned Western Sign Supply in Oakland, developed a fan deck of colors and the formulas to make them with bulletin and lettering colors. All the colors were actually paint, not printers ink. As far as I know, Len has moved into life without a body, and Sign Craft had the remainder of these Color Tone decks. There might have been one for fluorescents and one for regular colors. I've found this tool to be a tremendous aid at hitting the color without mixing three times more than I need.
