A little over 10 years ago while I was at the Library researching gold chloride patents, I also looked up some of the R&E patents. By going to www.uspto.gov and typing in these patent numbers, one should be able to download and print them. The few that I have printed have great clarity...something the old copy machines at the library neglect. The Numbers are as follows...
893,063 for the 1907 "Washing-Machine for Glass"
739,845 for the 1903 "Illuminated Sign"
653,003 for the 1900 "Illuminated Sign"
494,998 for the 1893 "Process of Preparing Glass
for the Sand Blast Process"
494,999 for the 1891 "Process of Chipping Glass"
495,000 for the 1891 "Process of Ornamenting Glass"
684,208 for the 1896 "Preparing Surfaces for
Engraving by Sand-Blast or Acid-Etching
Process and in Engraving Such Surfaces"
Happy Hunting!
