I thought the newer versions of Coreldraw had better luck with reduced nodes on contour but that might not be true (haven't used that function lately). Ron, I'm not familiar with any specific software for that purpose, but am sure you could accomplish that in a photo-editing program such as Photoshop or Photopaint.
