That was the answer i looking for.
I should have been more specific.
Since i have only done Glue Chipping,
do you have to sandblast the Glass before

I would recommend a Gerber Sabre. All Routers Rout. My Experience has been understanding the Fine Details: Material, Speed, Thickness, Density, etc. We have broken many bits through the years. Carbide or Steel does make a difference in Routing, depending on the material kb P.S. Danny, Good Informati...

Re: Sunset Plaza Gold Leaf
Hi Doug. These were done on our 408 Gerber Sabre Router. We Routed the Sign Panel, then inscribed the Outlines of the Lettering, which gives us the Layout of the Letters. The Borders were V Carved using the Router. We Routed the Letters separate. After painting and Gilding we Applied the letters to ...

Do you put any detergent in your Size ?
Also, what do you use for Gelatin,

Re: Heating Paint
Pat, does this include the NEW 1SHOT from PPG ?
I have not tried it yet.
I am unsure about the difference between the 2,
the New Formula after Leaded 1 Shot and the other.
Yes, the Old 1 Shot we have acts the same as before.
This New paint baffles me. I still heat my Paint as before.

Heating Paint
Generally speaking, I try to never thin my Paint. I have found using Paint straight from the can the Best way; 1 Shot, Ronan, Chromatic, etc. In the Summer, it flows nice, warm temperatures. In the Winter I will Heat my Paint. What i mean is: I will always try to keep the paint at Room Temp. I will ...

Can you post a Picture ?
Also, you said you rolled the Black on.
When rolling Paint, there is Always small
pockets that are not filled. That is where
Feathering the paint helps. Feathering
with a Brush helps to Eliminate pockets of Air.
