Re: double paned window issues

Andrew,
Congrats on getting out there and painting! Your work looks excellent! I was shocked when you said you had only been painting for a year.

Keep at it. I hope to be able to get some work doing this somewhere down the road.

Re: first alphabet

My first paid job. The museum I work at hired me to create title signs for different sections of an exhibit featuring historic pieces from the collection paired with work from contemporary artists. They wanted graffiti styled signs at first but I advocated for more traditional lettering over a graff...

Re: first alphabet

Thank you for your kind words Lee,
Here is a shot of the finished product. As this is my first proper sign, I am pleased with the outcome. I hope my girlfriend is too!

Re: first alphabet

Figured I would keep all my posts in one thread to minimize clutter. Here is a shot of a sign I'm making for my girlfriend for valentines day. Either way for the time being I will stick to practicing the basic strokes for one stroke lettering (as mentioned above) and dra...

Re: first alphabet

I'm a righty. The space is a little cramped but it's all I have to work with for now.

first alphabet

Hello there, http://i.imgur.com/oAmCMqQl.jpg This is my first attempt at an Egyptian alphabet (or any alphabet for that matter). I am still trying to get the hang of the brush and I know more practice will help, I just wanted to post this to gauge my progress over time and hopefully get some pointer...
