I'm now having a look to this link (looks great!).
By the way, here is a picture of the panel I did, not perfect but a good start anyway I guess.
Going to do a new one.

Re: GLUE CHIPPING HELP !!!
Thanks Doug. So before reading you I washed it with warm water to take of the glue :( I've launched a new chipping, with a tougher glue ration to see, but it looks like I have two parts still not chipping. I left the glue several hours on the glass before switching on the lamps this time but I guess...

Re: Painting Metal Shutters
Hey Lee Thanx for your advises. Well, the shutter is brand new and galvanized if I'm not wrong. It's flat except between "slats" and yes I did a color test with a brush and obviously it's ugly. As roller won't go between slats, I choosed spraycans... So it seems we had the same idea :) I s...

Painting Metal Shutters
Hi, I would like to know if there is a better way to paint on a metal shutter (shop). It's brand new and I was about to sand it and apply a paint for metal, then paint my logo using one shot paint. Do I need to lay a kind of primer on it before or is there another way to do the job? Thank you for yo...

Re: Painting on a Light Box Sign (colors choice, matters etc.)
The other solution would be to make a vinyl mask and paint letters with a roller...to get a flat and clean fill (no stroke traces)

As I'm leaving in France, it's not possible to follow the easiest method which would be to buy the Letterhead Sign Supply one for ex http://tinyurl.com/h4p8lwa (Impossible to ge...

Painting on a Light Box Sign (colors choice, matters etc.)
Hi, I didn't find the answer in the "search" so I'm asking to you guys; I had several light boxes to paint and on the last one letters have to be red. Problem is you see the strokes when the box is switched on. When you use black paint, it's ok with two coats, but red looks dirty and darke...

Re: France from the past
A last one for today: I will take some focus pictures of this one. This is one of the beautiful signs you can find in Paris and it's a pity (my opinion) : To have this oldschool goldleaf work wasted by all these ugly vinyle signs... This is really sad. Location (you can see it via streetview): http...

Re: France from the past
This is a vintage wall painting on a building in Rue des Martyres x Rue Hippolyte Lebas (Paris 9th). When they decided to clean (new paint) the building wall, they discovered those 2 old ads hidden behind some green metal construction on the wall. There, you can see a very famous ad about the paint ...

Hi, I'm adding my request here to avoid creating another topic... I found this, but I'm not sure it's ok : http://euro-industry.com/pics/pic_ca.003.jpg This one seems to have two positions too, low one is 12v, high one is 15v...but with a really low Amp (if I'm not wrong) See attached: http://euro-i...

[EDIT] Hi, I'm new here! I'm not sure everybody will consider these following pictures as "masterpieces", so I don't want to make troubles in the "Masterpiece Signs of the World" topic... I will post here sign painting (old) pictures I take in Paris, and some France related links...
