Hi,
This font wont be found in a font library as it is a lettering in my opinion, but you will find very close ones in the circus old fonts. You should check the fonts from N.GLAISE. You will find in his Work some close ones too. A big influence for the parisian fronts.

Thanks for your answers. I agree with you Andrew about telling the client about technical limitations. It willl come to this i think. I just thought at first that i had a product missing.
