Re: Brilliant Cutting and their wheel sizes

WOW- what that panel does'nt show you is all the work that that takes,,, all the standing- twisting, turning, and its all got to be "first time " stuff, and it doesn't go fast either. Dave.. you gonna do any cutting in your classes?- that would be cool to combine a puntie cut in a workshop...

On the windows system fonts side - Mike( i think) wrote a wonderful article in signcraft -years back, and it featured a list of those pesky system fonts- I used it constantly ..( back in my old PC days)

Re: Brilliant Cutting and their wheel sizes

I think you might be over- complicating things a bit Erik..I tried a bit of brilliant cutting down at "Master Daves", and the process is pretty simple. . . .Its just mastering the skill that takes a lifetime :D . . Anyway- If Smiffy was born a couple centuries ago they'd of burned him as a...

Nice shots Erik! That opened a year or two before I left school here in the UK, I was heavily getting into sign painting at the time and I was told about old 'So and So' who was a local signwriters Son, Who was working on some of the stuff in Disneyland Paris before it opened. Re: 3D Sign in the Making.

Erik..Looking good, lots of showcase skills in there! Note that this gold looks like a true mirror, because of the special german/dutch size invention I use. You can polish the gold like it is a bole gilding, but this size will stay perfectly for at least 25 years outside. Spill the beans ...
