Re: Went to Ireland last week end
Thanks Guys. @Bruce, yes I love the mirrors, always have. If the pub had not been so busy I could have photographed all of them. @erik, yes I know lesley, very talented glass artist. I think she's currently in New Zealand on a long holiday. I have a few more photos from the Crystal Gallery, with lot...

Re: Went to Ireland last week end
Thanks to the holidays I managed to get some of the photos I took of the carved glass at Waterford Crystal showrooms together.
I have quite a few more but these might interest someone.
Enjoy

Whilst there I also met up with MAster Engraver Sean Egan and we had a good chat about copper wheel engraving. Mr Egan did the Fire...

Re: L'art pour L'art
That's very interesting Erik but doesn't answer the question. Did you use ecosol inks in the versacamm? If so how did you get over the problem of the varnish breaking the ecosol down over time. Very interesting indeed, I think you should maybe write a book with pictures of your techinique. I suspect...

Bruce, that tautflex looks very interesting. I don't know of a UK alternative so I emailed Viponds to ask if they have a UK distributer I can buy some from to try.
Did you happen to try it for hand lettering on glass or vinyl at all please?
