Industrial Grunge Photo Site

Post by Mike Jackson »

Hello Handlettering Forum readers,
A while back I was asking about an industrial looking font in preparation for making a new web site. This one is called IndustrialGrunge.com and features some signs and neon images.

I have a feeling people here will enjoy seeing them. I have hundreds more to add, but this grouping will give you a good cross section. I have quite a few ghost signs to add in the future, too. The images on this site also feature a lot of post processing techniques to give them more mood and character.

I photographed the image above a couple of weeks ago in Idaho Fall, ID. You just have to chuckle when you see the big old light sockets and the mixed up light bulbs. Without the necessary bulbs, this one simply advertises "OPE".

Is that OPE as in Ope of Mayberry?
