Pat, I believe you can "command-click" on a Mac to simulate a right mouse click.

How the ..... did you ever found that page about Rawson & Evans?!!!! :?
A complete of topic book and on page 809; scanned (so that it can not be found by a search command) about 100 years old.
Were and how did you found this?

Maybe you should hook up with Larry Page and Sergey Brin and make some serious money.
