This is up on ebay, got a kick out of it! (they're asking $575 for it)

Just how do you apply the balsam to the lungs?

Larry,
It appears to have a purposely embedded subliminal message, as the shapes with the gilded afflictions look a bit like bloody blobs of phlegm. Uuggh.
Most used ribbons or banners, not as shocking.
