Can anybody tell me how the two metals appear to be blended in the letter E. I'm having trouble finding info on blending two different color leaf together. Is this in fact, blended metals?

The blend is made by laying the Gold a bit over half the letter... then using a glass brush ( Fiber Pen circuit board cleaning brush } you rub away at the edge till you are happy with the gradation then you lay the white gold over it. Result is a blend of the two leafs.

By placing a piece of black paper behind you can get a better idea how the fade is looking.

Yes....Noel Weber showed me using course steel wool. Put on 23k and right under it your 12k steel wool thru the centre and 16k. Easy peasy and looks sweet!
