Analyzing Paint

Does anybody out there have experience analyzing paint?I have a job that requires to things.
1) Polarized light microscopy.
2)micro chemical testing.
We are envoled in a restoration project but I need someone that has experience with these two things.Are there labs that can do testing like this?

BURBANK LOCKHEED MENASCO MFG BURBANK I Did a lot of that type of Calaibration +a few More Moisture and Density. I do not have any Instraments anymore
