Plate Glass in 1923

If you want to see how plate glass was made before 1960, I posted some photos on my new stained glass website at http://www.stainedglassltd.com/newsite/ ... eglass.php - all taken at the Pittsburgh Plate Glass factory in 1923. I love the picture of the quality inspectors crawling around on the glass inside the lehr oven.

Thats pretty amazing. I had no idea it was such a long and complicated process. I agree, that inspector job would be the pits!
