How can a hole cast a shadow???????

Post by joe cieslowski »

Here is a HDU/laytex sign with gold leaf carved letters with a drop shadow (I think that's what it's called). I don't think a hole can cast a shadow but I think it really helps to get the copy to "pop". This is the first drop shadow I've tried.......it needs work.......

1 1/2"x30"x44"

and a closeup of the tree. BTW, the ground is a dark green and the tree is emerald....they look different in the pics.

Nice one Joe! the shadow almost makes the letters look prismatic, rather than carved in.
