Kent Smith - Gathering place at the CourtyardThe Colorado Letterhead bunch will be putting together a gathering place for Sunday and should be able to announce the location tomorrow. I just have to make a call to confirm tomorrow. We have no idea how many will actually be there but we will try to have plenty of room. With the viewing time being so long, we figured people would come and go and need a place to get together.
Rick's brother is hosting a reception on Monday after the ceremony as well.
We are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Del Amo which is 3 mi. south of the Crenshaw exit off I-405. Address is 2633 W. Sepulveda Blvd. 310-533-8000.
We have booked two hospitality rooms for gathering on Sunday and they will be available to any Letterhead from noon til 10 PM. We expect people to come and go and there is more area outside in the courtyard itself. There is some talk of going to THE Chinese buffet on your own...you know the one. Everything will be informal. The shop will not be open or available for many extenuating reasons.
