Priming Vinyl...Ti-Cote or One Shot

I have been doing some painting on vinyl (Mostly for customers who lease vehicles). I have been using Ti-cote up till now but just saw that one shot makes a vinyl primer. Has anyone used this and is it somewhat the same as Tii-cote? Just wondering if I'm using the best method before topcoating with one shot lettering enamels.

Since 1-Shot owns the Chromatic brands now, I suspect it is one in the same.
