Glass Sign Restoration-Laramie, Wyoming

Post by Larry White »

Mark Kucera of Groathouse Construction (phone: 970-226-5852) is looking for someone in the Laramie, Wyoming area (or willing to travel to) to restore this old glass sign, right here in our own hotel. It has been stated that the only real problem is the peeling of the background paint. However, upon further inspection, it may need some other work. They wanted to see if they could get away from shipping it. It's something like 89" x 48". I believe they would have a space where the work could be done. If you are interested in this project, give Mark a call. If you take it on, let me know.

Look, Mr White,
I'm a very busy man,
and I doubt the man from Wyoming would pay me for vacation travel...

this looks like something right up Mr Jackson's area

go on then lad, and send it to him...
and he took that golden hair and made a sweater for baby bear.

Thanks for the heads-up, Larry.
Laramie is about 1 hour north of me. I did some gold leaf work there a couple of months ago and will be there again on Friday of this week for another project. I'll give Mark a call and see if I can meet with him.
By the way, I'll get my Dickinon project done one of these days before too long and send you a photo.

Tony,
What type of european antics does she do?
Yeah, give her my name.
It would be cool to install a Segale sign here and maybe people would think that I did it!

very well then,
I'll give her your name and number....

mainly, she travels to Holland and surrounding areas in Europe,
buys pieces and resells in the US....

if you was to install one for her, I can see it now...
Dan Seese installs a segale sign

not much to speak of there, truth be told
and he took that golden hair and made a sweater for baby bear.
