I would like to get some information regarding vinyl cutters, in the market to buy one
used or new, and what is the best computer format for these cutters.

Depends on your program and platform. As far as programs I use Illustrator with MagiCut on a mac with exceptional results. CoCut is available for both mac and pc.

I understand you can cut directly from corel to graphtec cutters, but someone with that combo will have to provide more info. I've used an Ioline for years that's been trouble free. Graphtec seems to be a dependable machine, but not owning one, others will have to comment.
