I just got a call from Jeff Cahill. He has been working with a local history alive project. He is looking for the reprints of MT RIchardson's Complete Carriage and Wagon Painting, vintage 1891, reprinted in Peterborough, NH prox. 1980
Anyone know of a source for copies.

That is the address of the reprint publisher , but they no longer appear to be in business.
The Complete Carriage and Wagon Painter

Published By M.T. Ricardson, New York
Various years/editions from 1883 to 1910
Check some of the Carriage Museum websites, they sell reprints of this title.
Or, buy an original, and make your own reprints to sell.

I can't remember if this was mentioned in the past, but you can download the Complete Carriage and Wagon Painting Book in PDF format, from the following website: http://www.archive.org
Just type "carriage painting" into the search box and you will be shown a list of carriage painting books that you can download all for FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Try some other sign painting search terms and see whats available.
It helps to have a high speed connection, a lazer printer, and some room on your hard-drive.
Oh, and dont forget the paper too!

Kent,
Jeff called me while I was out on a trip. I suggested he REGISTER here and ask the question, vs one of us asking for him. He would be a good resource for the rest of us. Maybe you can convince him to register and get involved.
