Lincoln Highway mural project #4 . . . Cortland, IL

Post by Jay Allen »

Put another one to bed . . . one more coming on Monday . . . 36 more to go . . .

I personally hated this image (boring) but Bill Hueg worked his usual magic and even he was pleased with how it came out. Bad photo - but an excellent painted rendition . . .

My pleasure, Jeffrey P. - I told Bill the reason I've passed on so much work to him over the years is to pay him back for the momentary hesitation and lump in his gut when he pulled into Belvidere and saw his wall with no panels on it . . . Can you imagine?

When can I quit paying him back for that? This job might be it . . .!!
