That's a nice old sign! I see ghost signs. Sometimes in the daytime,
sometimes in the nightime!
When I was living in Ventura, CA, a craft supply store burned down
in the old downtown area. When they demo'd the building structure,
it exposed a very well preserved Mail Pouch Tobacco sign on the
wall of the building right next to it. Just might be how this one is
so well preserved.
A photo of it is posted below.
