Whatever you decide you should make sure it works on IE. As much as some people hate IE, it is still used by a great deal of the population. Right now your borders are cutting off some of the text.

Maybe, just maybe a simple white or grey line as a border holds the different frames together. But for now my favourite is numbero two.
Numbero uno looks very bussy and detracts attention from the text and eyecandy.
