Hi Jeff,

Thanks for posting Tom's work.
I was able to meet Tom Perkins about 5 years ago, at a week long, Cheerio calligraphy retreat in North Carolina.
His wife, Gaynor Goffe, was teaching Italic Calligraphy upstairs, Tom was teaching carving into slate downstairs.
I could not pass up Gaynor's class since she is the first and only left handed instructor I ever met. It was well worth
the time and effort for me, however, I will never forget the plink-plink-plink sounds all week long coming from
downstairs. During breaks, we walked down and watched the patient, steady, continuing effort of all those students.
A most memorable and lively time.
Tom Perkins and Gaynor Goffe, two more master craft persons in the unending world of hand lettering.
and he took that golden hair and made a sweater for baby bear.

Very nice work Jeff, I think he worked with Gordon Young on some projects over here, what a talent!
