If any of you ever ships with Fedex and declares values over 1000.00 you may be getting charged for insurance that does not exsist. If any of your items shipped falls within their list of items that are excluded from insurance above 1000.00 ( It's a huge list like signs, glass signs ,mirrors and art work , fragile items) you are being charged for insurance and not receiving it.
If you call them they are more than happy to go over your shipping history and refund the money to you.
They will of course not tell you they do it all the time. Imagine the millions of people who never figuire this out.
