Transfer motive on reverse glass gilding..

Hi, and long time.. but I´ve started to experiment a little with glass gilding again

I have a question about techniques to transfer a motive after the gold is applied to the back side of the glass.

I guess one method is to draw the motive and cut holes with a pounce wheel and powder the motive carefully with a pounce pad.

But lets say I have a very small curly text, I´m thinking it might be difficult to get the all the details with a pounce wheel (as I´m not too experienced).

Is there any other ways you could explain to transfer the motive over a gilded glass?

I was thinking maybe to use a Saral transfer paper, but I guess maybe that would scratch up the gold? Anyone got experience with the Seral paper over gilded glass?

Any other ideas on how to transfer a motive? Any suggestion would be interesting

Hi Marius,
You can perforate your pattern with a large needle for a small design.After perforating flip it over and lightly sand the back to take off the high spots.
You could also screen print the design.
