Words that look wrong...

Post by Mike Jackson »

There are a few words that look right when you first type them, but look wrong if you have to see it too many times in a row. Today, I was looking for an appropriate letterstyle for the word "Southwest", so I typed it out in Omega, selected it and then started scrolling through my fonts. After seeing it about 200 times in different styles, I began to wonder if I had spelled it correctly. By the time I saw it 500 times, it really looked wrong. Maybe just about any word will do that, but this one really got me today.
