While doing a search on line for Cigar signs I came across an interesting artical.Look down next to the Auto City cigar sign and you might see a familar name.
There was a big online auction of some really nice antique glass signs awhile back.Does anyone know how much they sold for.
It makes me wonder how dead we'll have to be to make our work worth this much.

Cigar Glass
Nice article and certailny Mike B is THE collector. In spite of the United Cigar Store piece we all have, I have rarely seen vintage cigar glass signs. I do have part of a Charles M. Russell Cigar glass sign which has the litho like the box lid (from the book) which I and in the process of replicating. Anyway, nice to see an authoritative article on the signs which puts into perspective why there are so few good examples around. Thanks for the post.
