I saw this sign. It was all in order...mother of pearl, signatures, everything.
One thing though, in very small print, there is a short clause, which says that
the purchaser, or his heirs have all rights to remove the signatures with Windex.
I always thought it'd be easy to make a deal with a smart lady.
