Greetings everyone! Well I finally coralled all my latest stuff and had my photograher friend take pictures of it all and I've got it posted up on the http://www.walljewelry.com website. A few new catagories have been added, you can troll around or follow the following links to the new stuff.
Your pieces of Reverse Glass Art are truely breath taking and make those of us who are just starting into this field of art and signage truely inspired.
Thanks for all your help in all areas.
As expected, some great work Larry.
And some great new additions I haven't seen before.
Your extensive description of the Rick Glawson commemorative makes for very informative reading and I am particularly impressed with some of the innovative techniques you've used.
The method of cross-hatching used in the upper half of the main lettering is a simple and very pleasing finish.
Nice to see some gold engraving too. I've used this myself and I like it a lot, but it does take quite a while to do. Clever idea to put black vinyl on the glass. I've adopted a slightly different approach, in that I engrave in front of a window so the light comes through the engraved lines. It gives a very clear view of the work but a false sense of how much gold has to be removed. (you have to take a lot more off than you think to arrive at the right value)
