Application/Surface prep tips on applying vinyl on Latex!

I wanted to know if anyone has any surface prep tips or info they can share regarding the possibility of applying vinyl copy onto latex finished walls.Thanks, T

Repent young man . There's still time to mend those evil ways. Try mild cleaner like TSP before you slap that most unholy of materials.

why?

why would you try to stick vinyl letters to any wall?

isn't that graffiti?
and he took that golden hair and made a sweater for baby bear.
