I love art books. In fact I'm addicted to amazon.com. I bought a new art book lately "Color Choices-Making Color Sense Out of Color Theory" by Stephen Quiller. I've only got part way through it and I've already picked up some good information. It's for fine art painting and proposes a specific color wheel. But you can apply the principles to signs and One Shot or vinyl.
What are some art or type books that you like? I'm looking forward to David Butler's new book. I'm going to pre-order it the next day or two.

Here are a couple more books on that subject and were found at the local library.

"'Munsell - A Grammar of Color' - A Basic Treatise on the Color System of Albert
H. Munsell". Edited by Faber Birren and published by Van Nostrand Reinhold Co. in 1969. This is an expanded reprint of the original (published post-humously in 1921) with new chapters by Birren interpreting Munsell's concepts. A good source for fundamentals of color theory.

"The Mixing of Colors and Paints"
- F.N. Vanderwalker (1939)
Full of helpful mixing information and insight into color phenomenons.
