Good article by Pat Mackle.

One thing Pat pointed out, don't use sand finer than 100 grit. I've always used what in my cabinet - 180 grit. What are others using when your doing chipping and frosting with only one cabinet?

I have several grit sizes. The rougher stuff does work better for chipping. But, the last job I did several pieces with small letters that I wanted chipped, the finer stuff seemed to work better for cleaner edges even though the chip was fewer.
The cabinet I have allows for easy change of media and I keep it in dish washer plastic basins lined with trash bag to cover them and they just live under the blast cabinet. Also I installed a short air hose with nozel inside to blow dust from the piece as well as cleaning out the inside when changing media. That way every thing is closed up and nearly dust free.
