I've ordered my Angel Gild kit from Sarah. Should any part be refrigerated or can the chemicals be kept at room temperature?
I know that I could e-mail Sarah directly, but some other folks may have the same question.

The chemicals can be stored at room temperature, but at the least I'd keep them in a cool, dark cabinet. I refrigerate mine. Gold chemicals have an indefinite shelf life, but the silver Sarah sells probably has a shelf life of one year. Light and heat in that order will shorten the shelf life.
If left on the shelf in the shop, put the chemicals in dark bottles, rather than clear. A pharmacy or camera shop will usually carry these.
If anyone has book marked Sarah's site from the old forum, it has changed. The new one is:

Hi Raymond,
Let's see...you live in Texas. Hotter than the bowels of .. Right? Yep, you better keep 'em refrigerated or at least in an air conditioned room. I have to worry about my chemicals freezing in the winter.

I went to http://www.ebottles.com a few months ago and bought a bunch of glass and plastic bottles for use around the shop, including some amber colored ones for my Angel Gilding and Silvering supplies. They have some pretty interesting bottles, good for storing pearl, mica, paint, thinners, etc.

Have a great week,
Mike
