As a high school senior, to graduate, one must complete a senior project.
It should be a new experience, and the student must document their time, find a mentor,
photograph steps in the process, write a paper, assemble a presentation portfolio for the teacher,
and give a verbal presentation in front of a select group of teachers and community volunteers.
Erin chose reverse gilded glass as her project which included sandblast etching, water gilding, reverse painting,
mica powders and transparent screen inks with an oil sized gilded backup.
the project gave her dad a chance to build his first frame.
