Rod Treece had us all down to trash his shop, do glass projects, and catch up with old and new friends.
He's got a great place down there with his shop about 3 sheets of plywood from the front door of his
beautiful home, with a wonderful garden and view of the blue of the Pacific.

Looks like you all had a blast....and what a cool shop!! I'd love to see more photos of everything including the T-Shirt. See lots of friends gathered around. Here it is snowy and cold....a few days in So. Cal wouldn't have been hard to take!!

Sorry you couldn't make it.The sky lights are realy nice .Most days I don't turn the light on.The downside is when you want to project something you have to wait until it's dark.
Which always gets in the way of beer thirty or maybe I should say it high lights it !

P.S I loved your piece you did in the work shop that I never heard about.

I'm sorry too, it would have been fun to get together with some of you guys again Roderick. The Cleopatra class we took is held annually at Aliento. It is a magical place and the hospitality was second to none. Bill is a great teacher, and the class was one of the best experiences I have had. If you get the chance to take it do so. I'm seriously thinking of returning next year for the advanced etching and carving. We also may be looking at Bill coming here to do a workshop if we can work out the timing. If anyone has any interest they can email me.
